What it means
Unity grows where forgiveness is practiced, and love is chosen on purpose. Prayer helps a family release offense, speak with kindness, and stay connected through everyday pressures and misunderstandings.

Pray Together
Father, strengthen love in our home. Help us forgive quickly and speak kindly. Remove harshness, pride, and misunderstanding. Teach us to be patient with one another and quick to make things right. Let love be the bond that holds our family together. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Family Action (1 minute)
Each person names one way they can protect unity today (listen, apologize, speak gently, help, forgive). Then say together: “Lord, help us love well today.”

What it means

Unity must be protected intentionally. Pride, anger, careless words, and unresolved resentment can quietly divide a home. God’s Word teaches us to respond with humility, patience, and love so that peace remains stronger than conflict.

Pray Together

Father, help us live together in unity. Teach us to listen with patience, speak with kindness, and value one another even when we do not agree. Remove division, pride, and resentment from our home. Help us forgive quickly, choose peace, and grow stronger as a family. Let our relationships reflect Your love. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Each person names one thing they appreciate about another family member. Then say together, “Lord, help us grow in unity.”
