What it means
God doesn’t just care about big decisions—He cares about the daily steps of your home. When we trust Him and acknowledge Him, He promises to direct our path. Prayer helps us slow down, listen, and choose the next step with peace.
Pray Together
Father, we trust You with our decisions. Help us not lean on our own understanding, but to acknowledge You in every step. Give us clarity, unity, and peace as we move forward. Close doors that are not for us and open the doors You have prepared. Lead our family in the way we should go. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Family Action (1 minute)
Name one decision your family is facing. Everyone says together: “Lord, direct our path.” Then each person shares one wise next step (pray, wait, ask, apologize, plan).

What it means
God does not ask us to make every decision from our own understanding. He invites us to trust Him, seek His direction, and acknowledge Him in every area of our lives. When we pause to pray before moving forward, we create room for wisdom, clarity, and a path that reflects His will.

Father, teach us to seek You before making decisions. Help us trust Your wisdom above our own understanding and acknowledge You in every area of our lives. Guide our thoughts, choices, and next steps so that our family walks in a direction that honors You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Card 3: Trusting God to Direct Our Path

What it means
God does not leave our family to navigate life without direction. He promises to instruct us, teach us, and guide us as we seek Him. Even when the entire path is not visible, we can move forward with peace by trusting that His wisdom is greater than our uncertainty.

Father, thank You for promising to guide our family. Teach us to listen for Your direction through Your Word and to trust You when the next step is not completely clear. Give us wisdom, patience, and peace as we make decisions. Help us follow the path that honors You and reflects Your will for our lives. In Jesus’ name, amen.
