Pray Together
Father, we thank You for providing for our home. Give us wisdom and unity with our finances. Help us honor You with what You place in our hands and to steward it with peace, discipline, and integrity. Remove fear, confusion, and tension, and teach us to communicate with humility and clarity. Provide what we need, guide our decisions, and help us trust You together. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What it means

God calls couples to be faithful stewards of everything He provides. Stewardship is more than managing money; it is managing God's resources with wisdom, gratitude, and responsibility. When husband and wife work together to honor God with their finances, they build trust, reduce unnecessary stress, and position themselves to be a blessing to others.

Pray Together

Father, help us be faithful stewards of every resource You have entrusted to us. Give us wisdom in our spending, discipline in our saving, and generosity in our giving. Teach us to make financial decisions that honor You and strengthen our marriage. Help us work together with unity, trust, and gratitude as we manage the blessings You have provided. In Jesus' name, amen.

Couples Action (1 minute)

Take one minute to discuss one financial goal you would like to accomplish together. Then thank God for His provision.

Card 3: Trusting God as Our Provider

What it means

Financial peace begins with knowing that God is our ultimate provider. While couples are called to work diligently and manage resources wisely, our confidence is not placed in income, savings, or possessions. Our confidence rests in God's faithfulness. Trusting Him allows couples to face financial challenges with faith instead of fear and gratitude instead of anxiety.

Pray Together

Father, thank You for being our Provider. Help us trust You in every financial season, whether we have much or little. Remove fear, worry, and uncertainty from our hearts and replace them with faith in Your promises. Teach us to depend on Your wisdom, walk in contentment, and honor You with all that You provide. In Jesus' name, amen.

Couples Action (1 minute)

Each spouse names one financial blessing God has provided. Then say together, “Lord, thank You for faithfully providing for us.”
