What it means
Marriage is a covenant God joins together. Prayer helps us protect unity, resist division, and return to oneness when life gets busy or emotions run high.
Pray Together
Father, thank You for joining us together. Please keep our hearts united and our love strong. Help us choose humility over pride, peace over tension, and unity over division. Teach us to honor one another with kindness and to protect our covenant with You. Let our home be filled with Your presence and Your peace. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What it means
Unity does not happen automatically in marriage; it must be nurtured intentionally. Every couple will face differences in personality, perspective, and expectations. God calls husbands and wives to approach one another with humility, patience, and love. When both spouses seek peace instead of proving themselves right, unity grows stronger and the relationship reflects the heart of Christ.
Pray Together
Father, help us pursue unity in our marriage. Teach us to be patient with one another, quick to listen, and willing to extend grace. Remove pride, selfishness, and unnecessary conflict from our relationship. Help us walk together in love and protect the bond You have created between us. In Jesus’ name, amen.

What it means
God designed marriage to be a partnership where husband and wife strengthen, encourage, and support one another. Couples experience greater unity when they remember they are on the same team rather than opposing sides. A healthy marriage is built when both spouses work toward shared goals, carry burdens together, and help one another grow in faith and love.
