ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Rochelle T. Gorin
Rochelle T. Gorin is an educator, author, speaker, ministry leader, and accomplished healthcare professional whose life has been shaped by a commitment to teaching, leadership, service, and faith.
Her professional career includes service as an adjunct professor, Operating Room Clinical Instructor, healthcare director, and nationally recognized speaker for the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN). Throughout her career, Rochelle has been committed not simply to professional excellence, but to developing others. As the founder of a Journal Club for perioperative nurses, she created opportunities for nurses to engage research, strengthen evidence-based practice, expand their professional knowledge, and bring greater excellence to patient care. Her experience as an educator, clinical instructor, director, and national presenter reflects a career devoted to equipping people with knowledge and helping them put that knowledge into practice.
That same passion for teaching and equipping others is deeply rooted in her Christian faith. Rochelle is a Christian author, Bible teacher, intercessor, and ministry leader with a heart for helping individuals and families grow in prayer, understand the Word of God, and develop a faith that can be lived—and passed from one generation to the next. Her ministry work includes teaching and facilitating women in biblical growth, intercessory prayer, spiritual accountability, and practical application of Scripture.
As the founder of XQuiso — Generations Inspired, Rochelle brings together decades of professional leadership, teaching experience, ministry service, and a lifelong love for God's Word. XQuiso was created from a conviction that faith should not end with us. Through prayer resources, books, children's faith materials, resources for couples and families, and Scripture-centered teaching, her desire is to help build homes in which prayer is practiced, God's Word is treasured, and succeeding generations are equipped to know Him for themselves.
Her mission is both simple and enduring: to teach what she has learned, share what God has entrusted to her, and help leave behind a legacy of faith that continues long after we are gone.

❤️ Precious Moments, Eternal Investments
There is something so precious about the moments we share with the children God has placed in our lives. A grandparent sitting close to a grandchild, an auntie reading Scripture with a niece or nephew, or a parent making room for a quiet conversation about God. These are tender moments of love, when a child feels safe, welcomed, and treasured.
Sometimes it is as simple as sitting together on the sofa, turning the pages of a children's Bible, listening to their little questions, or hearing them whisper a prayer in their own words. There is no need to rush, no pressure to have all the answers, and no expectation that every moment must become a lesson. We can simply enjoy being together, allowing God's Word to become a natural and beautiful part of the time we share.
And while we may think we are simply spending an afternoon together, something much more meaningful may be taking place. A child is learning that God is approachable, that His Word can be trusted, and that prayer is a conversation they can have with Him wherever they are. They are discovering these truths in the company of someone who loves them.
One day, those little hands will grow, and the children who once curled up beside us will begin making decisions of their own. We cannot walk every road for them, but we can help place God's Word in their hearts while we have these precious opportunities. A familiar Scripture, a prayer remembered, or the gentle voice of someone they love reminding them of God's faithfulness may encourage them long after that moment has passed.
What a beautiful privilege it is to love a child, spend precious moments together, and help them grow in their own relationship with the Lord. These are moments worth making time for, memories worth creating, and seeds of faith worth planting. What a beautiful legacy we begin building when our children discover, through the love and time we share with them, that spending time with God is one of life's greatest joys.
